Have you got the head for heights? You’ll need it to cross the all-new suspension footbridge opening in the Czech Republic this spring.

The Sky Bridge 721 is set to be the longest footbridge in the world at a whopping 721 metres in length, crossing from one mountain ridge to another.

Located at Dolni Morava Resort in the foothills of the Jeseniky Mountains, the footbridge will offer visitors one of the most spectacular scenic views of the surrounding natural landscape, as well as an adrenaline rush as they walk more than 95 metres above the ground, across the 1.5 metre wide walkway.

The bridge will be 200 metres longer than the world's current longest suspension footbridge, located in Portugal.

Those who dare to cross the roped walkway will be rewarded with an opportunity to discover the history of the local area, as well as take part in a new educational nature trail.

And if you’re left wanting more, the resort's popular Sky Walk is also located close by.

The Sky Bridge 721 was constructed over two years and will be finally opening this May to the public.
